Full Platform Usage Policy

1General Terms & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply between the Na Baji platform ("Na Baji", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "player"). Na Baji is an online gaming platform operating under an international license. By using this platform, you confirm that you have fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Na Baji does not provide services to residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law. It is the user's sole responsibility to comply with the laws of their own country.

• These Terms and Conditions have been provided in Bengali for convenience; however, the English version constitutes the legally binding text.
• Na Baji reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
• These terms were last updated in January 2026.

2Account Registration & Identity Verification

To create an account on Na Baji, you must provide valid and accurate information. Use of false or someone else's details may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

• Each person may register one account only. Multiple accounts using the same device, mobile number, or payment details are not permitted.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification: Identity must be verified using a national ID or passport before withdrawals can be processed.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.

3Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Na Baji currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash and Nagad. Transaction limits are shown in the table below:

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Na Baji reserves the right to suspend payments if fraud is suspected.
• There are no service charges on deposits; however, your payment provider's own fees may apply.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Na Baji offers various promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, cashback, free spins, and deposit bonuses. Each bonus comes with specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• Wagering requirements are generally 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific offer's terms.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 7 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus may be forfeited.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once — each promotion is valid for a specified number of uses only.
• Na Baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5Betting Rules & Results

Specific rules apply to all games and betting markets on Na Baji. Detailed rules for individual games or events can be found on the relevant game page.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — so please review your bet carefully before placing it.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• Na Baji reserves the right to void bets placed at Obvious Error Odds.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Na Baji. If a violation is proven, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — such as placing low-risk opposing bets solely to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or engage in match-fixing.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Hacking, or using bots or automation tools on Na Baji's software.

7Account Suspension & Closure Conditions

Na Baji reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to provide KYC documents upon request.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8Limitation of Liability

Na Baji is not liable for the following:

• Bets cancelled or lost due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Account compromise due to the player's own negligence.
• Personal, financial, or psychological harm resulting from gaming.

In the event of a technical error, Na Baji may consider limited compensation up to the amount of verified loss.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

Na Baji believes gaming is entertainment — not a source of income or a way to repay debt. For this reason, Na Baji provides a range of responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session limits: Decide in advance how long you'll play each day.
• Break: Take a break from gaming for anywhere between 1 day and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply for long-term self-exclusion.

10Changes to Terms & Contact

Na Baji may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified in advance via your registered mobile number or email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
